Why 2-Step?

I have been called many things in my life (some of which I can't put on here because my family may read this) but the one that Neeley and I find the most fitting and humorous is 2-Step. A friend of mine calls me that when we run together because I always appear to run 2-Steps ahead of whomever I am running with. I notice it more and more since he started calling me that, but I guess that it is because I like to be in control of my running and dictate the pace. Aside from that, I am a runner turned triathlete who loves getting in shape and staying in shape, as well as, helping others to reach their athletic goals through coaching. I am so happy that I have found a wife who feels the way that I do about fitness and enjoys triathlon  as much as I do. I hope this blog shows my journey through life and training and displays the joys and love that I get out of these athletic endeavors. Thanks for reading and happy training.
